Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Leather Tex, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
General Return & Exchange Policy
For all standard items, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
Condition Criteria: To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwrinkled, and undamaged. In original, resell able condition with all packaging and the packing slip included.
Exclusions:
Factory Seconds: Sold as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalized Items: Products with custom engravings or specific personalization are ineligible for return.
Processing Your Return
Returns: Please note that while we accept returns and will refund your payment, we do not offer free return shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the item is received and inspected, your original payment will be processed for a refund.
Inspection: Once received, returns are inspected within 72 hours.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Defects: If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt.
Exchanges:
Extended Window: We offer an extended 20-day window for exchanges or store credit.
Standard vs. Custom: Standard sizes can be exchanged for different sizes or alternative products. Custom/Made-to-Measure orders are eligible for alterations only.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Because custom orders are handcrafted specifically to your measurements and style preferences, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on custom items.
Our Commitment to the Perfect Fit
Pre-Shipment Approval: Before shipping, we send high-resolution photos of your final product. This allows you to review the design, material, and stitching.
Measurement Advice: If our team recommends measurement changes based on your profile and you choose to proceed with your original figures, a minimal fee may apply if subsequent alterations are needed.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please note our windows for cancellation.
Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 2 days of order placement. To request a cancellation, please email us at leathertex581@gmail.com.
Time-Sensitive Orders: If our team has guaranteed a specific delivery deadline for your order, it is considered "time-sensitive." These orders cannot be canceled once placed due to the immediate allocation of resources.
In-Transit Orders: Once an order has been dispatched or is clearing customs, it cannot be canceled. You must receive the parcel and then initiate a return.
6. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a product's correct price is lower than stated, we will refund the difference. If it is higher, we will contact you for instructions or cancel the order.
Availability: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Leather Tex reserves the right to decline service to any individual at our discretion.
