Delivery Policy


At Leather Tex, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products to your doorstep with speed, reliability, and complete transparency.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders worldwide.

No minimum purchase, no hidden charges, and no exceptions.

Global Reach: We ship to most countries worldwide. (Note: Currently, we do not ship to Israel).

Courier Partners: We use trusted international couriers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Prime Marked Products (Ready-to-Ship): 3–4 business days
Standard Jackets: 5–10 business days
Made-to-Measure Jackets: 2–3 weeks
Bespoke Products: 5–6 weeks
Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Reimbursement Policy)
Leather Tex aims to make your shopping experience hassle-free. If customs duties or taxes are charged by local authorities:
Accept and pay the duty amount to the courier.
Send a clear photo of the official duty receipt to our support team.
We will reimburse the duty amount via your original payment method or PayPal within 5–7 business days.

4. Important Refund & Return Conditions
Please note the following conditions regarding shipping and taxes in case of a return:
Product Refund: In the event of a return, only the original cost of the jacket will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Costs: The original shipping charges and any government taxes/duties paid are strictly non-refundable.
Return Shipping: We do not offer free return shipping. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with sending the item back to us.

5. Tracking & Delivery Management
Address: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. A valid physical street address is required.
Customer Responsibility: Customers must monitor shipment progress. If a parcel is destroyed after multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, Leather Tex will not be held responsible.
Accuracy: Once dispatched, packages cannot be rerouted. Orders undelivered due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, contact Leather Tex Support and the courier within 2–4 working days.
Once loss is confirmed by the courier, you will receive a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not available for lost shipments.

7. Refused Deliveries
Refused packages are usually destroyed by couriers. No refunds can be processed for refused deliveries. To initiate a return, you must first accept the delivery and then follow our return procedure
